Ross Systems, a provider of ERP and e-business solutions for mid-market process manufacturers, reported results for its fourth quarter ended June 30, 2000 and for fiscal year 2000. According to a press release from September 14 revenues in the quarter were $16.4 million, down 36% from $25.7 million in the same quarter of the prior year. The net loss for the quarter was $5.1 million or ($0.22) per share, compared to a net loss of $4.2 million or ($0.18) per share in the same quarter of the prior year. For the year, revenues declined by 21% to $80.0 million from $101.8 million in the prior year (See Figure 1 & 2).
