(NASDAQ: QADI), a provider of enterprise applications for manufacturing and distributing organizations, reported revenue of $59.2 million for the fourth quarter ended January 31, 2001, a 16.4% decline compared with $70.9 million for the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2000 (See Figure 1). However, QAD claims that its year-ago revenue figure was embellished by $12.1 million in license revenue from a single customer, which was a part of the largest single contract in the company's history...
