(NASDAQ: CKCM), a provider of partner relationship management (PRM) software for the Global 2000 companies, announced it reached an agreement in principle to acquire Allegis Corporation, a San Francisco-based privately held PRM company, founded in 1998. The vendor believes this move will reinforce its leadership position in the PRM market, extend its product offering, and broaden its reach into new vertical and geographic markets.
