Along the lines of enhancing products possibly by acquiring companies for specific products and capabilities, in October, Exact Software announced that the company completed the acquisition of Vanguard Solutions Group, a Glen Ellyn, Illinois-based (US) provider of enterprise business intelligence (BI) solutions.
