As said many times before, SAP AG (NYSE: SAP) has ruled for some time in the upper tier of the chemicals kingdom, but competition in the chemicals mid-market is far from non-existent, given strong offerings from vendors such as Oracle, Ross Systems/CDC Software, Infor, 3i-Infotech, SSI-World, and SSA Global.
