Early in 2001 Fourth Shift Corporation, a former prominent mid-market ERP provider for manufacturers, became part of then AremisSoft, another diversified but somewhat obscure ERP provider, and has unfortunately all but fallen into oblivion due to the alleged criminal activities of its new parent company towards the end of 2001.
