Abstract: On November 23, QAD Inc. reported that its total revenue for the third fiscal quarter ended October 31, 1999, rose 56 percent to $56.7 million, from $36.4 million in the same quarter last year. License revenue was $20.6 million, an increase of 21 percent compared with $17.1 million in the prior-year period. Excluding non-recurring tax charges totaling $1.3 million, QAD reported a net loss for the third fiscal quarter of $3.2 million, or $0.11 diluted loss per share.
