Job Tracking Functions Supported: While project management functions might be appropriate for some people, the equivalent of a job related contact manager might be simpler to use. This utility would allow users to track the status of a job, make job related notations, list various contact people, and fulfill the role of a contact and job manager.

Task and Activity Network Analysis
Task/Activity Network Analysis Includes: This question is somewhat similar to the preceding one, but deals with job/project analysis on a much more detailed level. While scheduling and controlling tasks and activities is easy with unlimited resources, that isn't the real world. Resources are finite with various jobs competing for the same resources at the same time. Some tasks and activities will be delayed, thus forcing a recalculation of every task and activity that follows. Some tasks or activities will be completed early, thus allowing managers to see if it's possible to accelerate portions of the job. This question tries to determine what planning tools are available to users.
