Supports Multiple Write Up/Down Options: As an invoice is being prepared, users will need to manipulate the actual data in order to produce the final billing information. In many cases hours or costs or billing rates will need to be modified to fit the actual circumstances. This process needs to become part of the job/project history and therefore the system should support write ups and write downs and also track them for historical review.
