Sales Quote Confirmation: Once a sales representative has discussed a quotation with a prospect, the prospect should be sent a confirming quotation. While users could print the quotation and mail it, the most efficient method would be to either FAX the quotation or send it via e-mail. In both cases this process should be internal to the system where the user can select an option from within the quotation printing routine that instructs the system to send the quotation via FAX or e-mail automatically. Nothing is printed, and the user has to do very little in order to confirm to their prospect what has been quoted.
