- Receipt of activation or deactivation service orders, such as line or supplementary service activation or deactivation, from the customer care module
- Capture of all relevant information before automatic activation or deactivation is performed
- Execution of the multiple activation orders, contained in some services orders, in the proper sequence
- Receipt and storage of an activation response for each order to be received and stored, indicating a successful or failed execution
- Automatic resending, after a user defined time interval, of executions that fail due to network error
- Editing and adjustment of erroneous service orders
- Resending of erroneous service orders
- Proper reporting on successful and failed service orders
- Easy modification of the activation and deactivation commands by the user staff via the UI to incorporate future COM software upgrades
