Automatic Service Activation Features and Functions

• Receipt of activation or deactivation service orders, such as line or supplementary service activation or deactivation, from the customer care module


• Capture of all relevant information before automatic activation or deactivation is performed


• Execution of the multiple activation orders, contained in some services orders, in the proper sequence


• Receipt and storage of an activation response for each order to be received and stored, indicating a successful or failed execution


• Automatic resending, after a user defined time interval, of executions that fail due to network error
