JIB Netting Features and Functions

• Supports netting at just-an-owner basis (not property specific)


• Supports netting at an owner and property basis


• Allows for netting of JIB expenses for an owner with multiple BA numbers against the revenue for that same owner, even if JIB posted against one BA number and revenue posted against a different BA number


• Supports special netting capabilities (bad or unknown address and regular/under minimum revenue suspense)


• Reinstates JIB AR if netting occurred on the original transaction, when a check is voided and the entry reversed


• Provides access to JIB detail from AR module


• Receives data from the land system and generates AR entries for non-producing leases (delay rentals) or establish/generate billable entries for producing wells (surface rental/shut -in payments /minimum royalties)
