Field Data Capture Features and Functions
|
- Synchronizes current data with source data (e.g. office to field, changes after production close, system set-up, etc.)
- Automates download and maintenance of static well data and equipment data
- Automates download and maintenance of transactional volume, test and operational data
- Limits number of days of data available for viewing/updating on laptop computer
- Allows graphical reporting
- Allows real time calculation (volumes, ratios, etc)
- Sets up route specific to the wells/equipment of a particular pumper/gauger
- Makes route changes in field (adds/deletes/shifts well/equipment)
- Excludes equipment used in monthly allocation, daily allocation, or both
- Divides a gathering system among multiple routes (e.g. 1 meter and 150 wells on three routes)
- Transmits data remotely
- Runs stand-alone on a laptop in the field (and has a version of some historical data kept locally)
- Synchronizes with a master database (2-way) from anywhere via LAN, dial-up, VPN, or the web. This also needs to be multi-threaded.
- Updates master data constantly to reflect any changes and to be accessible for any reporting needs
- Tracks measurements of fluid levels and tank sediment (e.g. gauges)
- Indicates when each pumper is finished entering data for each day
- Permits application of patch to laptops when synchronized with the master database
- Manages data of multiple companies in same system
- Interfaces with SCADA and gas integration data
