Visualization Capabilities
This section covers the ability to view different types of product
information regardless of the application used to create the information. This serves to allow broader access to product knowledge by parties that would not have the authoring tools available to them. The section
handles the capabilities generically. Specific integration with CAD and other packages, including visualization, translation and markup, can be found elsewhere in the RFI.

Markup Capabilities
The ability to provide feedback on, or "markup," different types of product information regardless of the application used to create it. The goal is to allow input into the product design from a broader group of parties that would not have the authoring tools available to them. The section handles the capabilities generically.
