Time Estimation Features and Functions
Time estimation is the process of objectively determining rates for operations. There are a number of standards in use today, with the purpose of providing a cycle time for an operation that is supportable based on common criteria. In addition, time estimation can lead to the identification of process improvements that can reduce cycle times and improve efficiency and throughput.
