Financial Snapshots Features and Functions
Financial snapshots are a way to view the current financial situation of a company. There are any number of financial targets managers and owners should follow, one of which is the financial statements at the end of a fiscal period. Tracking daily sales or accounts receivable balances are two other benchmarks. This section determines whether a system provides a special screen or screens which are updated continuously (daily) by which users can track information of importance to them. Some systems offers a single set of financial snapshots. The most productive system should display any information that can be generated by any part of the system and there should be a separate screen for each user so that they can track what is of importance to them.
