License Plate Tracking Features and Functions

• Option at the warehouse level to turn on license plate tracking throughout the life of the product in the warehouse and through all activities


• License plate IDs can be up to twenty alphanumeric characters


• System allows worker to handle multiple license plates at one time for a single activity


• Track product ID by license plate ID


• Track quantity by license plate ID


• Track hold reason code by license plate ID


• Track lot number by license plate ID


• Track expiration date by license plate ID


• Track manufacture date by license plate ID

• Tracking of manufacturing information by license plate is optional and enabled at warehouse level

• Host system can send request to WMS to put product on hold by license plate ID


• Host system can send request to WMS to release product from hold by license plate ID


• Control if lots can be combined onto a single license plate, with one lot changing to the other lot


• Capture bin history for a license plate
