TEC's post-selection services include implementation overviews. An implementation overview is a natural extension of TEC's knowledge base-assisted technology, but it is not necessary to have engaged TEC's Selection and Evaluation Consulting Services to use its tools for an implementation overview.

TEC's decision support and knowledge base technology can be used to track a vendor's progress throughout the implementation. As part of an implementation overview, TEC will ensure that the implementation is executed on time, within budget, and delivers all of the requirements identified in the vendor's evaluation process and RFI template. The project framework TEC recommends is based on the Project Management Institute's (PMI's), A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK®).
