On-boarding Project Management simplifies the vendor setup process across
thousands of partners with integrated workflow tools. Setup online invites,
tasks, alerts and milestones according to your internal vendor setup processes
and monitor program progress.
Web-Based Self-Certification enables partners to certify their transactions
online against your specific business rules and compliance guidelines.You can
certify against long-running business processes, not just document syntax.
Shared Contact Database provides a single place to keep your vendor contact
information and vendor performance data, making it easy for you and partners to
update. With Community Management you can setup programs and tasks to automate
the partner onboarding process. Set up new trading partners or re-certify
partners for a program change, such as an SAP upgrade or a new cross-docking
program.
Operations Support Module
Service Level Modeling maps your exact service levels and rules into the
system to help you manage partners and third-party
logistics providers (3PLs).You can set up simple or complex rules to
monitor document errors (missing data), process errors (quantity mismatches) or
timing errors (late ASN).
Transaction Monitoring enables you to validate transactions and identify
errors within and across key transactions, such as purchase orders,
advance ship notifications (ASN) and invoices.
Transaction Quarantining enables InovisworksTM customers to stop and hold a
bad transaction before it enters or exits your system, triggering alerts and
remediation. Email Alerts can be subscribed to and tied to work-list items to
keep team members informed.
Work-list Items can be triggered for any issue and tied to a teammate or
partner to resolve, providing detail on the transaction, time-frames and
resolution process. Remediation Workflows can be created and aligned with your
internal processes, letting you track and enforce tasks, due dates, escalations
and resolutions.
Keyword Search lets you quickly pull up all information about an issue and
its associated transactions to speed remediation tasks, deduction settlements or
audits.
Deductions Management Module
Deduction Definition Modeling loads your compliance guide definitions into
the system so that transactions can be automatically checked for deduction
issues. The definitions are configured using a web-based interface, so that the
exact rules from your routing guide, vendor manual, and EDI manuals are used.
Deduction Item Creation provides automatic detection for chargeback issues
for each of your vendors by monitoring the EDI transaction back-office data.
Chargebacks can also be entered through a web UI, either at a store or
distribution center. Errors from both electronic and physical transactions are
supported, including digital photos of damaged shipments.
Deduction Workflow enables automatic creation of approvals, tasks and
notifications for each deduction item with built-in workflow tools.You can
determine whether the deduction error should be waived or processed, and create
and track tasks by user role. Retailers and vendors can comment on deduction
issues, simplifying the resolution process for both parties.
Audit Trails, reports and dashboards are automatically generated to support
the deduction process. Deductions can be viewed by timeframe, type, category,
partner, process or location to simplify dispute resolution.
Scorecard Management Module
KPI Modeling is available to map your key performance indicators into the
partner scoreboard dashboard and track performance by time-frame, location or
category. Scorecard Automation automatically populates reports from transaction
data, using configurable filters to get the view that you need.
Scorecard Subscription enables scorecards to be emailed to partners and
teammates.
Drill-Down Access provides the ability to click-through scorecard data from a
high-level report down to the underlying metric and the exact document or issue
in question to understand root-causes to the performance issues.
Scorecard Improvement Programs allow you to create tasks, milestones and
reports for poor performing partners to permanently fix chronic data quality
issues. Role-based Access provides web-based access to scorecard data, on a
role-by-role basis or a user-by-user basis. A business user may prefer a
bill-of-lading view, while an IT user may prefer seeing the raw EDI data.

invoices and shipment notifications are monitored to identify compliance and

- Compliance-Guide Modeling. A flexible, business-rule modeling database
captures and maps your exact trading partner requirements, such as
compliance guides, routing guides and service level agreements. Unlike other
