2013 Infusionsoft Spring Release Introduced at InfusionCon

infusionsoft.jpgThe sales and marketing software for small business vendor Infusionsoft has announced at its annual user conference, InfusionCon 2013, the 2013 Spring Release of its product. The version introduces new features that support social engagement, sales productivity, and marketing campaigns.

Key features include:

  • Sales Productivity Tools such as My Day—support the organization of sales processes and quote creation

  • Social Media Campaign GroSocial application—allows users to create social campaigns on Facebook. GroSocial can be accessed directly from Infusionsoft's Campaign Builder

  • Pre-built Marketing Campaigns via Infusionsoft's Marketplace—make free, pre-built customizable marketing campaigns available to users

  • In-app Product Training—introduces new interactive tutorials of Infusionsoft's features that can be accessed directly from within Infusionsoft

Infusionsoft's new version attempts to offer small businesses the tools to sustain social engagement with clients while solving usability issues. Infusionsoft CEO Clate Mask's focus is to address small businesses' time concerns:
