Aptean Announces Saratoga CRM 6.8.1

aptean.jpgAptean has launched Saratoga 6.8.1, a new version of its customer relationship management (CRM) solution. Saratoga CRM is a Web-based software solution known for its capabilities to support global organizations in the chemicals, consumer products, energy, insurance, and selected manufacturing industries.

The solution addresses the needs of both internal customer facing teams (sales, marketing, and customer support) and external partners and customers. On top of the out-of- the-box functionality, the solution can be customized to accommodate company-tailored business rules and processes through one of its components, Business Application Studio.

New features are aimed at improving the user interface, enhancing the iPhone application, and allowing customers using Thin Client to use browsers other than Internet Explorer, i.e., Firefox or Safari. In addition, Saratoga 6.8.1 includes integration support for 64-bit Office 2010.

Aptean's CRM offering includes several solutions (Pivotal CRM, Marketfirst CRM, Onyx CRM, Respond EFM, Saratoga CRM, Service Gateway, Knova, and Supportsoft).
