Kerzner International Selects Ramco’s Cloud HCM

Kerzner International, global developer and operator of destination resorts, casinos, and luxury hotels, has chosen Ramco Systems’ cloud-based human resource (HR) and talent management software with analytics and mobility. With this win, Ramco HCM on Cloud will be implemented across nine countries covering over 10,000 Kerzner employees.
 
Ramco’s cloud human capital management (HCM) suite will provide manpower planning and budgeting, recruitment, employee data management, performance management, career and succession planning, training, employee self service, and payroll modules to Kerzner. The hospitality company evaluated multiple global HR software but chose Ramco over the incumbent enterprise resource planning (ERP) vendor’s HCM solution. Kerzner chose Ramco HCM over the ERP incumbent’s HCM solution because of Ramco’s:
  • regional expertise for local statutory needs;
  • centralized talent management functionality with employee visibility; and
  • M.U.S.I.C (mobility, user interface, social, in-memory, context aware) philosophy. Kerzner’s users were particularly impressed with Ramco’s role-based WorkSpaces user experience, which is simple, easy to use, and intuitive.
Interestingly, Ramco was the only one offering a single application, which could be deployed on premise as well as in the cloud, making a hybrid model a reality. Since the global launch of its cloud based HR and talent management software, Ramco has reportedly added an average of one customer a week, including leading Fortune 100 and multinational brands across the globe.
