Kewill Announces Plans to Acquire Four Soft

kewill-logo.pngKewill has announced that it intends to purchase Four Soft, a provider of integrated supply chain and logistics solutions with headquarters in Hyderabad, India. Kewill is a provider of multimodal transportation software solutions with over 7,000 customers around the world. Historically, Kewill has provided some of the best supply chain execution capabilities and currently includes three product suites, for logistics, transportation and shipping, and business integration to drive B2B e-commerce and supply chain integration.

The Four Soft products include a multimodal transportation management system,  4SeTrans; a collaborative Web-based collaboration portal, 4SVisilog; a supply chain execution model based on the supply chain operations reference (SCOR), 4SVisLog; and other offerings that are available via a software-as-a-service (SaaS) delivery model.

With this purchase, Kewill will acquire an impressive portfolio of products from Four Soft, which will help it maintain and grow its industry position in support of the total supply chain. Bob Farrel, CEO and president at Kewill, states, "The acquisition of Four Soft is part of our strategic plan to significantly grow the Kewill business over the next 5 years."
