Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online Expands to New Markets

Microsoft has announced the expansion of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to 17 new markets. This cloud customer relationship management (CRM) product expansion delivers on the promise of Microsoft Cloud for Business and makes the service available to countries such as Argentina, Uruguay, Egypt, Taiwan, South Africa, among others.
With Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online expanding to several Latin American countries, it will run within Microsoft’s datacenter located in Brazil. Microsoft is currently the only company with a datacenter in Latin America; it should reduce latency for customers in the region and improve service (not to mention mitigating  NSA fallout).
These capabilities should keep the CRM market leader on its toes, especially in light of its ongoing major investment in Germany and Europe (which turf Microsoft had already penetrated).
