Mr Price Selects JustEnough Software

JustEnough Software Corporation, a provider of demand management solutions for retail, wholesale, and direct-to-consumer businesses worldwide, recently announced that Mr Price Group, a retailer of apparel, homeware, and sportsware, has selected JustEnough’s Merchandise Financial Planning, Assortment Planning, Demand Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Allocation, and Replenishment modules. One of the fastest growing retailers in South Africa, with over 1,000 stores and an international e-commerce platform, Mr Price Group consists of the following retail brands: Mr Price Apparel, Mr Price Home, Mr Price Sport, Miladys, and Sheet Street.

JustEnough’s integrated planning solution should allow Mr Price’s merchant teams to plan, assort, buy, and merchandise product on one platform, as part of its IT infrastructure update. In general, JustEnough’s mobile- and cloud-enabled broad demand management solution suite can help businesses forecast their customer demand, plan their assortments, allocations, and inventory, shape their demand, and then execute on those plans.

Still, some companies might go for best-of-breed modules. JustEnough services more than 500 of the world’s leading brands, including allocation and replenishment of inventory at Levi Strauss, merchandise and assortment planning at Abercrombie & Fitch, sales forecasting at Kraft Foods, inventory planning for Nissan, and mobile sales force automation at SAB Miller, Cadbury, and Heineken. Mr Price is another great recent win for JustEnough, which has lately also been selected by Golfsmith, Alco Stores, and Lucky Vitamin.

Below are some of the reasons JustEnough wins over its “usual suspect” competitors, JDA Software, SAP, and Oracle:

  • ease-of-use – a Microsoft Excel-like interface drives quick user adoption;

  • single architecture and user experience—the solution suite has been all organically developed, not created through numerous acquisitions; and

  • the vendor’s development methodology allows it to innovate and partner with customers to quickly bring to market innovative new capabilities.


In addition, JustEnough is price competitive against JDA, Oracle, and SAP, while still being scalable with Microsoft .NET and SQL Server-based architecture. The solution is also the same whether it is deployed on-premises or in the cloud.
