New Kronos Acquisition: TimeLink




kronos.jpgKronos Incorporated has announced the acquisition of Time Link International Corporation (founded in 1986). Kronos is trying to expand into some of the verticals that TimeLink was known for servicing—manufacturing, public sector, and services and distribution.

TimeLink's workforce management software solutions cover:

  • Time and attendance

  • Workforce scheduling

  • Absence management

  • Labor planning

  • Workforce center (employee self-service)

  • Analytics

  • In cloud and on-premise deployment


In addition, TimeLink offers a mobile application that includes:

  • Intuitive user interface

  • Mobile platform for connecting the workforce with the business

  • Integrated communication tool

  • Mobile Workforce Center for entering time, viewing schedules, shift bidding, requesting leave, and viewing accrual balances

  • Mobile Manager Center for approving time, reviewing exceptions, approving leave requests, accessing messages, and viewing real-time workforce status

  • Seamless integration with TimeLink Enterprise Edition or TimeLink OnDemand Edition


According to the press release, Kronos will continue to support the acquired customers through a dedicated team of TimeLink employees based in Purchase, NY. Aron Ain, chief executive officer, Kronos is confident that TimeLink customers will be benefiting from the acquisition:
