Salesforce.com Presents Sales Performance Accelerator




salesforce.jpgSales Performance Accelerator is a new solution from Salesforce.com, resulting from the integration between Sales Cloud, Data.com, and Work.com.

Salesforce.com customers have been using the three products at the same time previous to this, but the Sales Performance Accelerator provides a tighter integration between the three. In addition, the newly proposed package appears as an actual support within the ongoing 'how to meet and exceed sales targets' debate.

Salesforce expects that customers that adopt the new product will register an increase in lead conversion, sales rep productivity, and number sales. Real life sales are oftentimes impacted by lead data inaccuracy, a lack of collaboration between team members, and insufficient coaching.

In response to these difficult aspects encountered by sales teams, Sales Performance Accelerator promises:

  • Data.com ensures clean, targeted lead and customer data for sales teams;

  • Sales Cloud supports collaboration between team members and accessibility to expertise that can accelerate the sales process; and

  • Work.com—available on mobile devices—offers the means to provide coaching, motivation, and feedback in real time.


According to the press release, companies already using Sales Performance Accelerator include Enterasys and CareerBuilder.
