Soffront Presents Enterprise CRM 10.0

soffront.jpgSoffront Software Inc., launched version 10.0 of its customer relationship management (CRM) solution, with a complete technology upgrade to the latest version of Microsoft .NET, a renewed user interface, and support for easier integration with third-party applications.

In addition, Soffront CRM is now browser agnostic—all major browsers, such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari, can support it. While the solution can be deployed either in the cloud or on premises, Soffront emphasized that it  supports both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 2008 in view of its very popular capability to integrate with Outlook. 

Other upgrades include the following:

  • automatic reconnection to Soffront CRM after temporary loss of Internet connectivity 

  • advanced ticket search engine

  • role-based delivery of content

  • tools for branding and personalization


In March 2013, Soffront also expanded its product with a scheduling module to address the needs of its service industries customers.
