VSI Joins Microsoft Dynamics Emerging Partner Program

Vertical Solutions, Inc. (VSI), a provider of field service management (FSM) and customer experience (CX) software solutions, has been selected to participate in the Emerging Partner Program for Microsoft Dynamics. VSI’s spectrum of post-sales services management solutions will complement Microsoft’s suite of enterprise resource planning (ERP) business solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Microsoft Dynamics NAV.

Microsoft Dynamics AX supports industry-specific and operational business processes, along with comprehensive core ERP functionality for financial, manufacturing, and human resources (HR) management. VSI’s VServiceManagement (VSM) is an FSM solution that manages the lifecycle of post-sales mobile field service and customer support business processes, from work-order creation to completion. VSM integrates with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012, and handles complex contracts and warranties, entitlements, dispatch, and offline mobile, complementing Microsoft’s enterprise applications stack.

VSI was chosen to participate in the Program for its proven industry experience and deep domain expertise in service management, including field service operations for manufacturing and services vertical markets. Companies throughout the world use VSI's solutions to improve service response and resolution times, reduce the costs of delivering service, better manage entitlements, increase revenue, improve the customer experience, and broaden their portfolio of service offerings. VSI also develops VContactCenter (VCC) for internal, external, and hybrid contact centers. VSI already has a large client that uses VSM and Microsoft Dynamics AX. As a non-selling independent software vendor (ISV) partner, VSI will work closely with other Microsoft Partners to enable them to sell Microsoft Dynamics to their global enterprise customers. VSI will not resell Microsoft Dynamics products, but simply will complement them.
