iPayment, Inc., a provider of the merchant services business (credit and debit card payment processing services), has selected CallidusCloud's Commissions and Sales Enablement solutions to transform sales performance within its sales partner channels in North America. Callidus Software Inc., doing business as CallidusCloud, is a provider of sales and marketing effectiveness software.
More than 2,000 renowned organizations, across all industries, rely on CallidusCloud to improve their lead-to-money processes. The vendor’s breadwinning CallidusCloud Commissions solution enables companies to deploy targeted incentives and commission programs by automating the calculation and payment of commissions across internal and external sales. With modeling and analytics capabilities, the solution provides insights into the performance of current plans as and forecasts future performance.
The vendor has surrounded its Commissions offering with a number of acquired and internally developed solutions. It now can offer a sales performance management (SPM) suite of hiring, learning, marketing, and sales cloud solutions. iPayment was one opportunity where CallidusCloud could outdo its typical commissions competitors (Xactly, IBM Varicent, etc.) by offering more than mere commissions management.
To that end, CallidusCloud’s Sales Enablement platform provides a social platform to enable all sales channels to make collaborating simple and to improve communicating with customers. Sales no longer needs to waste time hunting down the right document, or looking for competitive information, as it is all in one content portal providing a single source of truth. Meanwhile, marketing can concurrently gain insights to know what materials are being used in winning sales cycles. iPayment expects to be able to identify the right leads, ensure proper territory and quota distribution, enable sales forces, automate configure price quote (CPQ), and streamline sales compensation.
