Although Configure One targets companies of all sizes, its sweet spot is companies with $50 to $100 million in revenue, as these are the types of companies that typically make products that are highly configurable. These are companies that do have an ERP system internally and have not had the chance to develop any automation around configuring the products that they sell to their clients. The vendor can also handle subsidiaries of larger companies.

The product offers very good support for product configuration and presentation, scoring 94.45 points, above the average solution in the space. The solution scores the maximum amount of points for the engineering capabilities submodule—a nice set of functionality which offers users the option to visualize and generate drawings of products, amongst other capabilities.
