The HCM Evaluation Center enables you to compare and evaluate functionality based on TEC’s comprehensive model of HCM software. Data used in the Evaluation Center are obtained from the vendor’s responses to TEC’s request for information (RFI). Certification ensures that HireIQ  has demonstrated HireIQ Hiring Optimization Suite's support for specific real-world business processes chosen by TEC analysts; and that TEC analysts have analytically and comparatively reviewed HireIQ Hiring Optimization Suite's RFI data against known benchmarks.
