Organization Metrics, Inc. (OMI) was originally founded in 1984 as a consultancy group that worked to support the growing need for better metrics and analytical support in the human resources (HR) domain. From its early days, the company brought best practices to the market and offered software solutions that would streamline critical HR processes. In 2005, the company was acquired by Scott F. Murray, who was eager to develop and build out a vision for end-to-end talent practices that would include the full spectrum of HR practices.
