 Sage acquires French business management software vendor Adonix
The Sage Group plc announces that it has agreed to acquire Adonix S.A., a vendor of business management software, based in France, for an enterprise value of £78.4 million, to be paid in cash. The acquisition excludes the businesses of Meta 4 and Formula, previously part of the Adonix Group. The acquisition is expected to complete within one week of this announcement.
