Abstract: HR Professionals and Line Managers have the same goal: create the conditions so that people can express exceptional
performances. The importance of this common mission s not always well communicated nor supported by collaborative tools to Amplify the Manager capability to intervene. The goal is so important that it has to be symbolically formalized in a Partnership with a Unique Communication strategy and its own Collaborative Platform. This article analyzes the four fundamental events in order to face, with pragmatism and effectiveness, the Performance challenge.
