In March Navision Software a/s announced it signed a global sales and distribution agreement with Microsoft Corporation Inc. that enables the company's partner network of more than 900 Navision Solution Centers to sell and distribute Microsoft BackOffice products integrated with Navision solutions.

NavisionDamgaard Reverts To Navision, But In Name Only
Recent product releases and a profitable quarterly report from Navision, a recently merger-formed and rebranded Danish provider of enterprise business solutions for mid-sized companies, could be telling us that the company has been unfazed by the merger with Damgaard and the current difficult economic conditions.

AXAPTA PPT NAVISION: 15%, revenues from Navision Axapta (formerly Damgaard Axapta ) flagship product showed a whopping 122% increase. However, the other former Damgaard product lines, Navision C4/C5 (marketed solely in Denmark) and Navision XAL continued to decline. Combined income before tax was DKK 46 million (~$5.7 million), compared to the combined last year s loss of DKK 10 million of then separate companies. Great Plains has established itself as a global small-to-medium enterprises (SME) market leader.
