Abstract: SpectraSite is in the business of making wireless and broadcast communications pervasive. One process it was looking to improve, however, was its in-building antenna approval. The current process was time-consuming, and its
faxing technology inadequate. But by implementing a business process management (BPM) solution, SpectraSite dramatically reduced the process cycle, from almost sixty days to a maximum of ten days.
