MEASURING HR: HR Services, Inc. was started in 1993 as a human resources (HR) outsourcing firm specializing in large-scale hiring projects. After several years of manually screening applicants, HR Services, Inc. researched the market for an automated prescreening system. When the market failed to provide a suitable solution, HR Services Inc. decided to create its own applicant tracking technology. In 1999, HR Services, Inc. left its recruiting roots and focused on creating a web-based, custom applicant tracking system. In 2001, the Enterprise Edition of myStaffingPro was introduced. This edition was created for medium to large businesses looking for an application system that could be configured in less than 30 days. In June 2005, the Standard Edition of myStaffing pro was introduced for small to medium businesses (SMBs). In 2007, the Enterprise Edition was streamlined into several modules that could be activated on a per-client basis.
