如何判断实施必要性

CRM需求评估(CNA)过程中,需要解决的问题是需要评估哪些内容,考虑CRM实施的范围,以及如何实施CRM系统。对于一家企业而言,需要认清客户的特点。比如对于电信企业而言,其客户既包括了下游的家庭客户与企业客户,也包括了上游的电信设备、终端、软件、服务以及内容等供应商客户,广义上还包括企业或集团内部涉及的客户。在CNA的过程中首先确定CRM实施所管理的范围,将有助于有效地确定其实施范围、控制系统投资、提高投资收益。..
